HOW TO USE
Best applied with a Mooie Blending Sponge for a lighter coverage or our Little Foundation Buffing Brush for the full coverage. For a matte finish, use Mooie ‘s Dual Mineral Powders, or I suggest our Opulence Powder illuminating poudre. This product is a favourite.
